The leaders of our Interim and Search practices average more than 15 years of recruiting experience with additional years of first-hand experience in the areas in which they consult. Working with many of the same hiring managers over many years, they have established long-term relationships and understand the needs of clients and candidates.

Timothy T. Geriak – Managing Director

Professional and Business History:
Tim joined Montgomery Professional Services Corporation in 2004 as Managing Director – Search Services, leading the company’s search and interim placement practice.  Prior experience includes over three years as Director of the Permanent Placement Practice and Branch Manager of the San Jose office of Management Solutions Inc., a $50 million staffing organization with eight offices on the West Coast eventually acquired by TMP Worldwide. In that role, Tim was critical to the success of the company in its highest producing office. After leaving TMP, Tim was one of three founders of a successful staffing company based in San Francisco. Prior to working at MSI, Tim was a senior vice president at Solomon-Page Group charged with launching their West Coast Finance and Accounting Staffing Services. 

Tim has over 12 years experience in recruiting following a six-year career in corporate finance.

His areas of expertise include:

  • Senior search services for public companies - Director Finance, Corporate Controller, and other management level finance positions
  • Employee/Employer contract negotiations
  • Building and managing experienced and successful search and interim placement teams
  • Candidate attraction and evaluation

Tim has particular expertise with private and emerging companies partnering with VC organizations and the founders and presidents of the entrepreneurial enterprises they fund.

Education:
Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Chapman University graduating with honors

Jenny Dunham – Consulting, Interim Placement Services

Professional and Business History:
Jenny joined Montgomery Professional Services Corporation in 2003 as Director, Interim Placement Services, focusing on expanding contract services for Finance, Accounting, and HR. Prior experience includes seven years with Management Solutions Inc., a $50M staffing and professional services firm, with two years as the Director of Business Development for the Capstone Consulting Practice. Prior to moving into the staffing industry, Jenny had 12 years with IBM in financial management. 

Jenny has experience in professional services, sales and hi-tech. Her expertise includes marketing high-end contract services and managing project-related engagements. 

Professional Affiliations and Community Involvement:
Jenny is involved with several non-profit, philanthropic organizations including City Team, House of Grace, and Christian Children’s Foundation. 

Education:       
Jenny earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Cal State Fullerton University and has taken numerous HR certification courses.
